Support: On-site user training is provided as part of the installation process to enable client staff to become productive with the new software as quickly as possible.

Free telephone support is available to all our clients during normal business hours (09h00-17h00 Mon-Fri).

As many of our clients are not in the UK, we offer remote support facilities to all of our clients. This is normally achieved with secure internet links.
